To qualify for a commercial refund under standard procurement terms, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

  • Unactivated Licenses: The software license key has not been registered, activated on any infrastructure, or tied to an enterprise tenant domain.
  • 7-Day Window: A formal written refund request must be delivered to our accounts desk within exactly 7 calendar days of invoice payment.
  • No Data Migration: No proprietary customer database migration, custom API integration, or production payload exchange has been initiated.

Milestone-Approved SOW Stages

Project phases where the deliverable has been formally reviewed, approved, or signed off by the client.

Third-Party API & Cloud Infrastructure Costs

Third-party license fees, hosting reservations, and external API gateway subscriptions incurred on client behalf.

04

Enterprise SaaS & Subscription Terms

Cloud-hosted software subscriptions are billed in advance on monthly or annual cycles according to the prevailing Master Services Agreement (MSA).

• Cancellation notices take effect at the conclusion of the currently paid billing period.
